Privacy Policy

TrustDial is operated by VistaAi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how the TrustDial app and web service handle information.

Information we collect

Support searches

When you search for a business or service, the search phrase is sent to TrustDial and stored with the result status. We use it to return reviewed support information, identify missing directory coverage, improve verification, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. Do not enter passwords, OTPs, PINs, payment-card details, account numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the search box.

Technical information

Our hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, and request times in server logs. This information supports delivery, rate limiting, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and security.

Information stored on your device

Saved organisation names and identifiers, your selected region, and your appearance preference are stored on this device. Saved phone numbers and verification decisions are not stored for offline use. A static offline page and logo are cached. Your selected region is sent with searches; a device-region suggestion uses browser language or device settings without GPS access.

Organisation submissions, reports, and service requests

When you submit an organisation, we receive its name, website, proposed contact details, supporting information, and your name and work email. Our team reviews these details before publication. A claim alone does not create a verified listing.

Reports include the selected reason, organisation or search, and the details you provide. Service requests include your name, phone number, city, service address, and problem description, with an optional preferred time. We use these to review concerns or arrange your requested service. Relevant service-request details may be provided to the professional assigned to fulfil the request. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, PINs, or financial account details.

Information we do not request

Technician accounts and marketplace records

Technicians can create an optional partner account through our secure marketplace portal. We collect a username, email, hashed password, phone number, service location, categories, experience, languages, introduction and verification history. Approved profiles may be published. Assigned technicians receive the customer details needed for their jobs. Staff record quotes, customer approval references, payment or refund references, and dispute history to manage services. Do not enter card or bank credentials in these fields.

Technicians can request account deletion from their partner workspace or by contacting us. A request immediately hides their listing while support reviews removal and any financial or dispute records that must be retained. The portal uses session and security cookies to keep accounts signed in and protect forms.

Searching does not require an account. The app does not request access to contacts, precise or approximate location, call logs, SMS, microphone, camera, photos, health information, payment-card credentials, or advertising identifiers. TrustDial does not contain advertising. Selecting a call action opens your device dialer; TrustDial does not receive the resulting call history or call contents.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We may use infrastructure and hosting providers that process information on our behalf to operate and secure the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain search and technical records while they are needed to operate, improve, and protect TrustDial or meet legal requirements. We use HTTPS to encrypt information in transit and restrict access to operational systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can use TrustDial without creating an account. You may clear the app or browser storage through your device settings. To ask about a search record or request deletion of information that can reasonably be identified as yours, contact us. Because searches are not tied to an account, we may need sufficient details to locate a record and may be unable to verify that an anonymous search belongs to you.

External services

TrustDial can open official websites or your phone dialer at your direction. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Children

TrustDial is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as TrustDial changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
